Less Tax 2 Pay was set up in 2005 with the first shop opening up in February 2006. Its mission was to establish a network of 120 Less Tax 2 Pay Accountancy shops nationwide offering a range of added value Accountancy Services to SMEs and sole practitioners.
To achieve this goal Less Tax 2 Pay first had to perfect its lead generation and business model. To this end over £200k has been invested in testing many different sales and marketing strategies in order to find the right methods to grow the business.
This model is being continually refined but is now ready for release and it is the intention that every franchisee will:
Operate from a high street shop location Be highly visible and superbly branded Effectively marketed to generate large numbers of leads Maximise fee income through added value services both front end and back end Concentrate on growing their practice without having to do the accounts themselves. These will be processed centrally.
We decided to be focus on providing great communication, products and services to our clients because these are the areas that most businesses feel their accountants let them down in. We now excel in them and this is one of the key reasons for our accelerated growth.
We have set up all our franchise systems and processes so that you can focus on working with your clients to grow their businesses and provide the services that they require without getting bogged down in the technical work. Your business is set up so that the technical aspects of the work are done by the head office team. As a result you can expect far greater growth and revenue than might otherwise be expected.
