Lockserve have spent several months developing their franchisee training programme and operations manual. It is the only company in the UK who can provide training to a City and Guilds NVQ Sitting Guilds level 2
It has been designed to consider somebody with some or no Locksmith experience and give them the required skills and knowledge to operate their own Lockserve Franchise.
Initial training
The initial training takes place over four weeks at Lockserve, the training covers the following areas:
- Lockserve Product and Service Knowledge
- Lockserve Product and ServiceTraining
- Lockserve overview and the market place
- Setting up your Lockserve business
- Running your Lockserve business
- Sales and marketing for your Lockserve business
- Maximising income for you Lockserve business.
- Administration for your Lockserve business
- Reporting for your Lockserve business
- On the job training for your Lockserve business
This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as Lockserve within your exclusive territory.
Ongoing bespoke training
Once you have had your initial training from Lockserve it doesn’t stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you at any time if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.

As mentioned above ongoing training is available at any time. Lockserve also provides comprehensive telephone and e-mail support too. This ensures you are never left on your own and support is available whenever you need it.
