The greater majority of jobs related to emergency glass replacement and repairs for domestic customers with emphasis of offering a 24-hour service with a one-hour response in case of emergency.

Initial training

The initial training takes place over four weeks at  Lockserve, the training covers the following areas:

This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as Lockserve within your exclusive territory.

Ongoing bespoke training

Once you have had your initial training from Lockserve it doesn’t stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you at any time if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.

Ongoing fees

• There is an ongoing fee of 20% of turnover, payable monthly. This covers all your call answering, deal closing, diary management, invoicing and Head Office Support which enables you to maximise your income without getting ‘bogged’ down in administration and call answering. We will even take payment when the customer pays by credit card.
