Legal Brokers was set up in 2005 as a mechanism to provide Conveyancing clients to one specific solicitor.
It rapidly became obvious that only working with one law firm didn't provide the client with the choice we wanted them to have. At the same time if you overload one particular solicitor with individual clients the quality of the service will suffer.
We are very much built in the same manner as an Insurance Broker or Mortgage Broker in that we source the best deals, for our clients, from within the marketplace.
We work with solicitors across a range of products and are constantly looking to add new sources of revenue.
In terms of searches we carry out property related searches throughout England and Wales offering;
If a solicitor has any particular needs (Tin searches in Cornwall or Brine in Cheshire, etc) we'll accommodate as required. We'll provide either "bundled" search packs or individual searches.
As mentioned previously we have a number of backend "legal brokers" services too. These include Commercial Conveyancing, Divorce referrals, Mortgages referrals plus a few additional areas we're working on.
